The Secret to Combat Nerves before Competition

If you are watching the Olympics and the sensational speed skater Apolo Anton Ohno, then you no doubt watched him yawn not once but twice, with mouth wide open for longer than a commercial break! Viewers automatically assumed he was tired. DEFINITELY NOT.

It's all part of his strategy to get more oxygen, relax his nerves and safeguard that adrenaline for the race! Apparently it worked, as he won bronze and a record -breaking 8 time Olympic medal for any winter Olympics!
